“It iss a selfproclaimed 5 star hotel. But i would say 3 star at best. However it is the best hotel in town. My experience at checkin was terrible. the lady checking me in refused to speak to me and just ignored me. what a bad welcome. The rooms are so so and a lot of noise from the main road. I will stay here again only because they are the best hotel around”

“Excellent for Kushtia. The only things I found missing were USB outlets and a Business Center with a computer access. And a 2 card system, one for the floor and one for the room, is definitely safe, but has the potential of locking you on the floor especially if you forgot your room key in your room like I did. It is also extremely dangerous in case emergency evacuation. The access to stairs nay not be available. Also, there is a definite language barrier. Google translate can bridge the...

“時々朝食が準備されなかったこと、ホテル側のお願いで結婚式があるから系列の別のホテルへ2晩移動するように言われたこと、元のホテルへ戻った際にグレードの下がった部屋へ案内されたことの3点はとても不満でした。 しかし、急遽別都市へ移動する際に電車のチケットを購入してくれたこと、友達40人ほどとBBQのために庭を使わせてもらう事など、キッチンの使用など柔軟に対応してくれたことはとても感謝しています。”
